Foto: UVT<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u201eEduca\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103 apare ca o oportunitate de modernizare, diferen\u021biere \u0219i reconectare cu societatea, \u00een general, \u0219i cu nevoile comunit\u0103\u021bii locale\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 Marilen Gabriel Pirtea, rectorul UVT, \u00een urma analiz\u0103rii datelor recentului raport al Comisiei Europene despre Cadrul European al Competen\u021belor Antreprenoriale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-un moment \u00een care universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti se afl\u0103 sub presiunea relevan\u021bei, a competi\u021biei interna\u021bionale \u0219i a a\u0219tept\u0103rilor tot mai clare privind impactul social al educa\u021biei, un raport recent al Comisiei Europene (Entrepreneurial Skills and Mindsets in Education, 2025), realizat \u00een cadrul ini\u021biativei \u201eCommunity for Educational Innovation\u201d, propune o schimbare de perspectiv\u0103. Mesajul central, spune rectorul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Vest din Timi\u0219oara, prof. univ. dr. <strong>Marilen Pirtea<\/strong> este simplu, dar incomod: educa\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103 nu mai poate fi tratat\u0103 ca o anex\u0103 a programelor studiilor economice, ci ca o competen\u021b\u0103 transversal\u0103, esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru toate domeniile universitare<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Raportul propune o schimbare de viziune prin care antreprenoriatul este redefinit ca abilitatea de a transforma ideile \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile \u00een valoare \u2013 nu doar economic\u0103, ci \u0219i social\u0103, cultural\u0103 sau educa\u021bional\u0103. \u00cen acest sens, antreprenoriatul devine mai degrab\u0103 un mindset \u2013 o form\u0103 de g\u00e2ndire \u0219i ac\u021biune, dec\u00e2t un simplu set de cuno\u0219tin\u021be despre afaceri. Pentru universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, aceast\u0103 abordare are o relevan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 pentru c\u0103 ea aduce \u00een prim plan ini\u021biativa, adaptabilitatea, creativitatea \u0219i responsabilitatea, toate acestea fiind competen\u021be esen\u021biale de care absolven\u021bii au nevoie pe pia\u021ba muncii, indiferent dac\u0103 ajung \u00een companii private, institu\u021bii publice, \u0219coli, spitale sau organiza\u021bii culturale.<\/em>\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>Acesta mai spune c\u0103 un punct cheie al raportului este critica modelului actual dominant \u00een educa\u021bia pentru antreprenoriat, bazat pe cursuri op\u021bionale izolate:<em> \u201eExperien\u021ba european\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 simpla introducere a unor discipline de antreprenoriat \u00een curriculum nu produce schimb\u0103ri semnificative dac\u0103 nu este sus\u021binut\u0103 de o integrare real\u0103, practic\u0103 \u00een curriculum. Mai exact, antreprenoriatul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd este \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat \u201eprin experien\u021be practice\u201d: prin proiecte reale, colabor\u0103ri cu actori externi, studii de caz ancorate \u00een comunitate \u0219i evalu\u0103ri care m\u0103soar\u0103 competen\u021be, nu doar memorarea de concepte. Pentru Rom\u00e2nia, unde rigiditatea curricular\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne o problem\u0103 structural\u0103, aceast\u0103 recomandare ridic\u0103 o \u00eentrebare esen\u021bial\u0103: c\u00e2t de dispuse sunt universit\u0103\u021bile s\u0103 reg\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 programele din interior, nu doar s\u0103 adauge con\u021binut nou la periferie?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O aten\u021bie special\u0103,mai spune Marilena Pierea, se acord\u0103 infrastructurii de sprijin pentru antreprenoriat, un aspect sensibil \u0219i \u00een context rom\u00e2nesc. Incubatoarele de afaceri, centrele de inovare, mentoratul sau leg\u0103turile cu alumni apar adesea ca ini\u021biative fragmentate, dependente de finan\u021b\u0103ri temporare sau de entuziasmul unor echipe restr\u00e2nse: \u201e<em>Documentul european sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o strategie institu\u021bional\u0103 coerent\u0103, aceste eforturi r\u0103m\u00e2n fragile \u0219i greu de scalat. \u00cen universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, educa\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103 nu poate fi l\u0103sat\u0103 exclusiv \u00een sarcina proiectelor sau a c\u00e2torva \u201ecampioni\u201d interni, ci trebuie asumat\u0103 la nivel de management \u0219i integrat\u0103 \u00een misiunea universit\u0103\u021bii\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Potrivit rectorului UVT, o tem\u0103 recurent\u0103 \u00een raportul invocat este legat\u0103 de rolul cadrelor didactice, iar lipsa form\u0103rii pedagogice antreprenoriale a acestora este identificat\u0103 ca fiind una dintre cele mai mari bariere \u00een implementarea form\u0103rii calitative: \u201e<em>Altfel spus, nu este suficient ca profesorii s\u0103 fie buni speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniul lor; ei trebuie sprijini\u021bi s\u0103 experimenteze metode de predare orientate spre rezolvarea de probleme, colaborare \u0219i ini\u021biativ\u0103, specifice form\u0103rii competen\u021belor antreprenoriale. Pentru universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, unde evaluarea academic\u0103 este \u00eenc\u0103 puternic centrat\u0103 pe con\u021binutul teoretic \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, aceast\u0103 concluzie implic\u0103 necesitatea unei reconsider\u0103ri a modului \u00een care este recunoscut\u0103 \u0219i valorizat\u0103 inova\u021bia didactic\u0103 pentru formarea competen\u021belor practice de antreprenoriat.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Recentul raport publicat de Comisia European\u0103 nu evit\u0103 nici barierele structurale bine cunoscute \u00een sistemele educa\u021bionale din Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Est, \u0219i anume: proceduri administrative greoaie, dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een recunoa\u0219terea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii non-formale, cooperare limitat\u0103 cu actorii externi din pia\u021b\u0103 \u0219i o viziune institu\u021bional\u0103 adesea fragmentat\u0103. \u201e<em>Tocmai de aceea, apare necesitatea unei abord\u0103ri strategice pe termen mediu \u0219i lung, \u00een care proiectele europene \u2013 Erasmus+, Horizon sau ESF+ \u2013 s\u0103 fie folosite ca instrumente de transformare sistemic\u0103, nu doar ca surse punctuale de finan\u021bare. Pentru managementul universitar din Rom\u00e2nia, concluzia raportului este mai degrab\u0103 o invita\u021bie dec\u00e2t o re\u021bet\u0103<\/em>\u201d, adaug\u0103 profesorul universitar Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>Educa\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103, mai spune el, apare ca o oportunitate de modernizare, diferen\u021biere \u0219i reconectare cu societatea, \u00een general, \u0219i cu nevoile comunit\u0103\u021bii locale, \u00een special. Incubatoarele de afaceri, centrele de inovare, mentoratul sau leg\u0103turile cu alumni apar adesea ca ini\u021biative fragmentate, dependente de finan\u021b\u0103ri temporare sau de entuziasmul unor echipe restr\u00e2nse: \u201e<em>Documentul european sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o strategie institu\u021bional\u0103 coerent\u0103, aceste eforturi r\u0103m\u00e2n fragile \u0219i greu de scalat. \u00cen universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, educa\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103 nu poate fi l\u0103sat\u0103 exclusiv \u00een sarcina proiectelor sau a c\u00e2torva \u201ecampioni\u201d interni, ci trebuie asumat\u0103 la nivel de management \u0219i integrat\u0103 \u00een misiunea universit\u0103\u021bii\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Potrivit rectorului UVT, o tem\u0103 recurent\u0103 \u00een raportul invocat este legat\u0103 de rolul cadrelor didactice, iar lipsa form\u0103rii pedagogice antreprenoriale a acestora este identificat\u0103 ca fiind una dintre cele mai mari bariere \u00een implementarea form\u0103rii calitative: \u201e<em>Altfel spus, nu este suficient ca profesorii s\u0103 fie buni speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniul lor; ei trebuie sprijini\u021bi s\u0103 experimenteze metode de predare orientate spre rezolvarea de probleme, colaborare \u0219i ini\u021biativ\u0103, specifice form\u0103rii competen\u021belor antreprenoriale. Pentru universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, unde evaluarea academic\u0103 este \u00eenc\u0103 puternic centrat\u0103 pe con\u021binutul teoretic \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, aceast\u0103 concluzie implic\u0103 necesitatea unei reconsider\u0103ri a modului \u00een care este recunoscut\u0103 \u0219i valorizat\u0103 inova\u021bia didactic\u0103 pentru formarea competen\u021belor practice de antreprenoriat.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Recentul raport publicat de Comisia European\u0103 nu evit\u0103 nici barierele structurale bine cunoscute \u00een sistemele educa\u021bionale din Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Est, \u0219i anume: proceduri administrative greoaie, dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een recunoa\u0219terea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii non-formale, cooperare limitat\u0103 cu actorii externi din pia\u021b\u0103 \u0219i o viziune institu\u021bional\u0103 adesea fragmentat\u0103. \u201e<em>Tocmai de aceea, apare necesitatea unei abord\u0103ri strategice pe termen mediu \u0219i lung, \u00een care proiectele europene \u2013 Erasmus+, Horizon sau ESF+ \u2013 s\u0103 fie folosite ca instrumente de transformare sistemic\u0103, nu doar ca surse punctuale de finan\u021bare. Pentru managementul universitar din Rom\u00e2nia, concluzia raportului este mai degrab\u0103 o invita\u021bie dec\u00e2t o re\u021bet\u0103<\/em>\u201d, adaug\u0103 profesorul universitar Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>Educa\u021bia antreprenorial\u0103, mai spune el, apare ca o oportunitate de modernizare, diferen\u021biere \u0219i reconectare cu societatea, \u00een general, \u0219i cu nevoile comunit\u0103\u021bii locale, \u00een special.
