Professionally filmed footage of Metallica<\/strong>‘s 2014 headlining performance at Pinkpop has officially been uploaded via the festival’s Pinkpop Archive channel.<\/p>\n

The thrash metal giants took the stage on June 9, 2014, in Landgraaf, Netherlands, delivering a 18-song set that leaned heavily into fan participation. Much of the setlist was fan-voted, pulling from across Metallica<\/strong>‘s catalog and balancing all-time classics with deeper cuts \u2014 an approach the band frequently embraced during that era.<\/p>\n

Especially considering the cut “Lords Of Summer”, which was a single that never made it onto a record.<\/p>\n

The newly surfaced pro-shot footage captures Metallica<\/strong> in peak festival form, commanding one of Europe’s most iconic stages with a massive crowd in full voice.
