In the wake of Bad Bunny\u2019s momentous halftime show at Super Bowl LX on February 8, musicians, politicians, and many others are giving the Puerto Rican artist his flowers.<\/p>\n

On X, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani wrote, \u201cNUEVAYoL\u201d alongside the Puerto Rican flag emoji, while Mavi remarked: \u201cthis shit hard im finna stop speaking English actually fuck English.\u201d The Mar\u00edas expressed some Puerto Rican pride, writing: \u201cboricuaaaa.\u201d Rauw Alejandro posted about the many Latin genres and dance styles Bad Bunny included in the show. He wrote, in Spanish: \u201cLong live the BOMBA, the PLENA, the SALSA, the HIPHOP and above all LONG LIVE REGGAETON.\u201d Ben Stiller also congratulated him, posting: \u201cIncredible Half time show Bad Bunny.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kacey Musgraves pointedly called out the conservative non-profit Turning Point USA\u2019s \u201cAll-American Halftime Show,\u201d which streamed on YouTube at the same time as Bad Bunny\u2019s performance and featured Kid Rock. \u201cWell. That made me feel more proudly American than anything Kid Rock has ever done,\u201d Musgraves wrote.<\/p>\n

Doechii, who made her own appearance at the Super Bowl in an ad for Levi\u2019s jeans, posted on X: \u201cBad Bunny WOW ! Fucking, WOW. History.\u201d On Threads, Kerry Washington echoed the sentiment, sharing: \u201cI don\u2019t know if I\u2019ll ever recover from that\u2026 WHAT\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffeA\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffeSHOW\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffe.\u201d SG Lewis said: \u201cHoly shit that was the best half time show I\u2019ve ever seen\u201d and Monte Booker concurred, posting: \u201cone of the best half times.\u201d Nick Le\u00f3n also supported the artist, writing: \u201cLove bad bunny forever.\u201d Nancy Sinatra felt similarly, quoting a post from Lynda Carter about Bad Bunny with: \u201cLove him.\u201d John Mellencamp added, \u201cI don\u2019t know what Bad Bunny is saying, however, I do know he is standing up for Puerto Rico and I am standing up for him. His half time show was great.\u201d<\/p>\n
