Cardi B is officially launching a hair-care line. The \u201cAm I the Drama?\u201d rapper teased the upcoming launch of her brand, Grow-Good, a project she says has been years in the making.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m gonna preview something that I have been working on for the past three years,\u201d Cardi said in an Instagram Story before dropping the teaser video. \u201cI’m so excited because this is my baby, it’s something that is very highly requested, and I’ve been working so long on it!”<\/p>\n

She then posted the video about the three-year process to bring Grow-Good to life, including glimpses of her own hair journey. \u201cThis is Belcalis, mother of four, walking down the block, being the baddest b*tch,\u201d she says in the video voiceover. \u201cI’m very passionate about this, and I really love this sh*t.\u201d According to Cardi, the line will be \u201cdoing everything\u201d for its customers. \u201cWe want b*tches’ hair to grow!\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

While we don’t have a ton of information about Grow-Good yet, including how many products are in the lineup, where they’ll be sold, or what the price point is, we do know that this is a project near and dear to Cardi’s heart. \u201cWhen I was younger, I really used to hate my hair. Now that I’m older, I grew to love it, appreciate it\u2026 It’s really a part of me,\u201d she says in the teaser.<\/p>\n

Fans have been asking Cardi for her hair secrets for years, especially when she gives us a glimpse of her very long, healthy, natural hair. In the past, she’s shared that she rinses her hair with boiled onion water to add shine, makes homemade hair oils, and whips up homemade avocado-based hair mask recipes, which she uses on herself and her daughter Kulture.<\/p>\n

An official release date hasn’t been announced, but Grow-Good is set to launch this spring. And if Cardi’s Instagram comments are any indication, it’ll be a hit. \u201cIt’s about damn time,\u201d wrote a follower. \u201cGive me 100 bottles,\u201d wrote another. \u201cI will be first in line buying every product in this line!!!!\u201d added another.<\/p>\n
