very best in the world shine and dazzle at their craft. And after the sheer chaos of the 2024 Games \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/beauty\/article\/64295\/1\/the-best-beauty-moments-paris-2024-olympic-games-noah-lyles\">who could forget Raygun, the Australian university lecturer-turned-breakdancer, or the swimmer who claimed he\u2019d built up his E. coli resistance by not washing his hands after using the loo?<\/a> \u2013 I was fully prepared for another year of strange and unhinged drama (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/life-culture\/article\/69613\/1\/what-to-do-caught-cheating-sturla-holm-laegreid-winter-olympics\">Sturla Holm Laegreid<\/a>\u2019s cheating confession genuinely stunned us all). After becoming the youngest-ever US figure skating champion at just 13, then retiring at 16, she has returned to the sport more confident, determined and alternative. You can\u2019t miss Liu when she comes on the screen, with her dark eye make-up and horizontal striped hair. She told <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DTaw-LQjixu\/?hl=en\"><em><span>NBC New York<\/span><\/em><\/a><span> that she\u2019d been dyeing it herself since 2023, adding rings of gingery blonde to the crown of her head. And after the sheer chaos of the 2024 Games \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/beauty\/article\/64295\/1\/the-best-beauty-moments-paris-2024-olympic-games-noah-lyles\">who could forget Raygun, the Australian university lecturer-turned-breakdancer, or the swimmer who claimed he\u2019d built up his E. coli resistance by not washing his hands after using the loo?<\/a> \u2013 I was fully prepared for another year of strange and unhinged drama (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/life-culture\/article\/69613\/1\/what-to-do-caught-cheating-sturla-holm-laegreid-winter-olympics\">Sturla Holm Laegreid<\/a>\u2019s cheating confession genuinely stunned us all).
