Finalmente<\/em>, we have our hands on the schedule for Milan Fashion Week Fall\/Winter 2026 \u2014 and it\u2019s a big one.<\/p>\n

While last season was tipped as the beginning of a great creative reset, this Milan Fashion Week (MFW) \u2014 running from February 24 to March 2 \u2014 will also see some major designer debuts. Demna will present his first runway show for Gucci on February 27, which he anticipates to be the true launch of his new vision, following two capsule collections for SS26 and pre-fall 2026, each paying homage to the Gucci archive. Maria Grazia Chiuri will make her debut as creative director of Fendi on Wednesday, February 25, and Meryll Rogge\u2019s first outing for Marni will be on Thursday, February 26.<\/p>\n

Adding to the 54 shows and 64 presentations, we will see much-anticipated sophomore collections from Simone Bellotti at Jil Sander on Wednesday, February 25, and Louise Trotter at Bottega Veneta on Saturday, February 28. Blumarine will present its third collection under creative director David Koma. Meanwhile, Milan mainstays Prada, Diesel, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Moschino, and Max Mara will show throughout the week.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Emporio Armani will present a co-ed collection on Thursday February 26, the first designed by Mr. Armani\u2019s niece Silvana Armani and longtime right-hand Leo Dell\u2019Orco. Giuliano Calza\u2019s GCDS will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a show and a party on Friday evening.<\/p>\n

There are also plenty of newer names to see. Institution by Galib Gassanoff, fresh from its 2026 Zalando Visionary Award win at Copenhagen Fashion Week, will present its third on-schedule collection on February 27.<\/p>\n

Fondazione Sozzani, a non-profit run by Carla and Sara Maino Sozzani, will continue its impressive work incubating new Milan talent \u2014 hosting several shows across the week, including Simon Cracker, Tell the Truth, and Florania. Off the runway, Fondazione Sozzani will host a private viewing of Paving The Way \u2014 Franca\u2019s Legacy<\/em>, a documentary exploring the creative world shaped by the late Vogue<\/em> Italia editor and sister of Carla, Franca Sozzani. Following the screening, the foundation will host several previews open to the public throughout the week.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s set to be a busy season in Milan. The Winter Olympics conclude on February 22, followed by the Paralympics, which kick off on the first day of MFW \u2014 creating plenty of buzz, but hopefully not too<\/em> much traffic. \u201cMilan will be under the spotlight on an international level, with businesspeople and sportspeople and billions of people at home from this season,\u201d said Beppe Sala, Mayor of Milan, in a MFW press conference on Thursday. \u201c[Across both events] we will find fashion, sports, solidarity, friendship, and healthy competition.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
