Iron & Wine will return next month with a new album, Hen\u2019s Teeth<\/em>. Billed as a companion of sorts to 2024\u2019s Light Verse<\/em>, the record compiles songs that Sam Beam recorded in the past few years with the Los Angeles studio owner and engineer Dave Way. It\u2019s out February 27 via Sub Pop. Below, watch a couple go to war with a stubborn mason jar in Spencer Kelly\u2019s video for the single \u201cIn Your Ocean,\u201d and scroll down for a string of North American and Australasian tour dates announced last month.<\/p>\n

The album title, says Beam in a press release, \u201csuggests the impossible. Hen\u2019s teeth do not exist. And that\u2019s what this record felt like: a gift that shouldn\u2019t be there but it is. An impossible thing but it\u2019s real.\u201d Fellow players on Hen\u2019s Teeth<\/em> include one of Beam\u2019s daughters, Arden, as well as David Garza, Sebastian Steinberg, Tyler Chester, Griffin Goldsmith, Beth Goodfellow, Kyle Crane, and Paul Cartwright. The Americana trio I\u2019m With Her also feature on a pair of songs. Find the album art and tracklist below.<\/p>\n
