Foto: UVT<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>De\u0219i Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 (AI) are un poten\u021bial educa\u021bional semnificativ, modul \u00een care este utilizat\u0103 ast\u0103zi risc\u0103 s\u0103 submineze chiar fundamentele \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, atrage aten\u0163ia rectorul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Vest din Timi\u0219oara, Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Analiz\u00e2nd concluziile din raportul Raportul <em>A New Direction for Students in an AI World: Prosper, Prepare, Protect<\/em>, publicat \u00een ianuarie 2026 de Center for Universal Education din cadrul Brookings Institution \u2013 un material analitic care indic\u0103 un fenomen mult dezb\u0103tut, faptul c\u0103 Inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 a intrat \u00een via\u021ba elevilor mai repede dec\u00e2t a intrat \u00een \u0219coli, iar acest decalaj este una dintre marile mize ale educa\u021biei contemporane \u2013 , prof. univ. dr. <strong>Marilen Pirtea<\/strong> spune c\u0103 autorii acestui material analitic nu propun o analiz\u0103 retrospectiv\u0103, ci un exerci\u021biu de anticipare, prospectiv, menit s\u0103 identifice din timp efectele negative ale utiliz\u0103rii Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale asupra copiilor \u0219i tinerilor. Miza este una major\u0103, atrage aten\u0163\u0163ia rectorul UVT, pentru c\u0103 Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 nu mai este de acum o tehnologie marginal\u0103. \u201c<em>\u00cen doar c\u00e2\u021biva ani, instrumente precum modelele lingvistice generative au devenit omniprezente, iar elevii le folosesc pentru teme, explica\u021bii, sprijin emo\u021bional sau chiar socializare. Adesea, aceste practici au loc \u00een afara oric\u0103rui cadru educa\u021bional sau normativ, l\u0103s\u00e2nd familiile \u0219i \u0219colile s\u0103 reac\u021bioneze din mers. Raportul insist\u0103 asupra unui aspect esen\u021bial \u0219i anume, \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea nu este un proces strict cognitiv, ci unul profund social \u0219i emo\u021bional. Dezvoltarea intelectual\u0103 a copiilor este str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de rela\u021biile cu profesorii \u0219i colegii, de capacitatea de autoreglare, de motiva\u021bie \u0219i de sens. Din aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103, utilizarea necritic\u0103 a Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale ridic\u0103 semne de \u00eentrebare serioase. Externalizarea g\u00e2ndirii c\u0103tre algoritmi poate afecta dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor cognitive de baz\u0103 ale elevilor, iar interac\u021biunea intens\u0103 cu sisteme artificiale risc\u0103 s\u0103 fragilizeze rela\u021biile umane care stau la baza educa\u021biei \u00een \u0219coli\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anumite condi\u021bii, mai spune Marilen Pirtea, Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 poate extinde accesul la educa\u021bie, poate sprijini elevii neurodivergen\u021bi, poate personaliza \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea \u0219i poate elibera timp pentru profesori. \u201c<em>Problema este c\u0103 aceste beneficii apar doar atunci c\u00e2nd Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 este conceput\u0103 \u0219i integrat\u0103 \u00een mod deliberat pe baze pedagogice solide \u00een activitatea profesorilor \u0219i elevilor. \u00cen absen\u021ba acestor condi\u021bii, riscurile utiliz\u0103rii Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale \u00een educa\u021bie tind s\u0103 domine avantajele. Printre riscuri se num\u0103r\u0103 dependen\u021ba de instrumentele Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale, diminuarea g\u00e2ndirii critice, afectarea dezvolt\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale, erodarea \u00eencrederii \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i ad\u00e2ncirea inegalit\u0103\u021bilor educa\u021bionale \u00eentre elevi. Merit\u0103 s\u0103 medit\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, la nivel de sistem educa\u021bional, c\u0103 riscurile Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale nu sunt comparabile cu beneficiile sale, printr-un simplu calcul al raportului cost\u2013beneficiu. Ele sunt calitativ diferite, deoarece afecteaz\u0103 capacitatea copiilor de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba pe termen lung. O educa\u021bie care devine mai eficient\u0103 pe termen scurt, dar care sl\u0103be\u0219te autonomia, motiva\u021bia \u0219i rela\u021biile umane prin abuzul de apel la Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 reguli, risc\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i piard\u0103 sensul \u00een viitorul apropiat<\/em>\u201d, observ\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>Cum recomandarea autorilor se concretizeaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un cadru de ac\u021biune structurat \u00een jurul a trei direc\u021bii: prosperitate, preg\u0103tire \u0219i protec\u021bie, Marile Pirtea subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 elevii pot \u201eprospera\u201d \u00eentr-o lume a instrumentelor de Inteligen\u021b\u0103 Artificial\u0103 doar dac\u0103 tehnologia este folosit\u0103 pentru a \u00eembog\u0103\u021bi experien\u021bele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, nu pentru a le substitui. \u201e<em>Preg\u0103tirea presupune un proces sus\u021binut de alfabetizare pentru utilizarea mecanismelor Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale pentru elevi, profesori \u0219i familii, dar \u0219i planificarea institu\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103 \u00een utilizarea lor. Protec\u021bia vizeaz\u0103 siguran\u021ba, confiden\u021bialitatea, bun\u0103starea psihologic\u0103, precum \u0219i dezvoltarea cognitiv\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103 a copiilor, prin reguli clare, design etic al proceselor \u0219i implicare adult\u0103 responsabil\u0103.profesional\u0103\u201d, <\/em>adaug\u0103 profesorul universitar Marilen Gabriel Pirtea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen mediul universitar, mai spune acesta, sunt identificate tensiuni similare, unde utilizarea Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale a devenit rapid normalizat\u0103 at\u00e2t pentru studen\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cadrele didactice. Studen\u021bii folosesc instrumente de Inteligen\u021b\u0103 Artificial\u0103 pentru redactare, sintez\u0103, programare sau preg\u0103tirea evalu\u0103rilor, \u00een timp ce profesorii le utilizeaz\u0103 pentru planificare didactic\u0103, feedback sau evaluare. <em>\u201cDe\u0219i aceste practici pot spori eficien\u021ba \u0219i accesul la resurse academice, riscul central provine din deplasarea efortului cognitiv spre instrumentele de Inteligen\u021b\u0103 Artificial\u0103 \u0219i redefinirea tacit\u0103 a ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare autentic\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba de student. F\u0103r\u0103 cadre institu\u021bionale clare, AI poate \u00eencuraja strategii de supravie\u021buire academic\u0103 \u00een detrimentul form\u0103rii g\u00e2ndirii critice, al autonomiei intelectuale \u0219i al rela\u021biei pedagogice profesor\u2013student. \u00cen acest context, universit\u0103\u021bile sunt chemate nu doar s\u0103 reglementeze utilizarea AI c\u00e2t mai rapid, ci s\u0103 o integreze reflexiv \u00een misiunea lor educa\u021bional\u0103, clarific\u00e2nd ce competen\u021be trebuie dezvoltate de studen\u021bi \u00eentr-o lume asistat\u0103 de Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 \u0219i ce rol r\u0103m\u00e2ne exclusiv uman \u00een predare, evaluare \u0219i mentorat\u201d,<\/em> afirm\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>Marilen Pirtea mai spune c\u0103 UVT este la zi cu utilizarea etic\u0103 a Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale, la \u00eenceputul acestui an fiind adoptat\u0103 o hot\u0103r\u00e2re, \u00een Senatul UVT, care oficializeaz\u0103 noul Regulament privind utilizarea Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale generative \u00een procesul educational.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Recentul raport publicat de Center for Universal Education din cadrul Brookings Institution ne oblig\u0103 s\u0103 privim dincolo de fascina\u021bia tehnologic\u0103 \u0219i de solu\u021biile rapide pe care Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 pare s\u0103 le ofere educa\u021biei. Miza nu este dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 tehnologie va fi prezent\u0103 \u00een \u0219coli \u0219i universit\u0103\u021bi\u00a0 \u2013 c\u0103ci acest lucru este deja un fapt \u2013, ci se refer\u0103 la ce fel de educa\u021bie alegem s\u0103 construim \u00een jurul tehnologiei. F\u0103r\u0103 o direc\u021bie clar\u0103, Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 risc\u0103 s\u0103 accelereze procese care golesc de sens \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea, promov\u00e2nd extinderea g\u00e2ndirii delegate, rela\u021biile pedagogice diluate \u0219i o autonomie fragil\u0103. Cu discern\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00eens\u0103, aceea\u0219i tehnologie poate sus\u021bine o educa\u021bie mai echitabil\u0103, mai profund\u0103 \u0219i mai uman\u0103. Alegerea nu apar\u021bine algoritmilor, ci institu\u021biilor, profesorilor \u0219i deciden\u021bilor care definesc regulile jocului. Modul \u00een care vom ac\u021biona acum va determina dac\u0103 Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 va deveni o infrastructur\u0103 invizibil\u0103 care sl\u0103be\u0219te educa\u021bia sau, Externalizarea g\u00e2ndirii c\u0103tre algoritmi poate afecta dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor cognitive de baz\u0103 ale elevilor, iar interac\u021biunea intens\u0103 cu sisteme artificiale risc\u0103 s\u0103 fragilizeze rela\u021biile umane care stau la baza educa\u021biei \u00een \u0219coli\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anumite condi\u021bii, mai spune Marilen Pirtea, Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 poate extinde accesul la educa\u021bie, poate sprijini elevii neurodivergen\u021bi, poate personaliza \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea \u0219i poate elibera timp pentru profesori. \u201c<em>Problema este c\u0103 aceste beneficii apar doar atunci c\u00e2nd Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 este conceput\u0103 \u0219i integrat\u0103 \u00een mod deliberat pe baze pedagogice solide \u00een activitatea profesorilor \u0219i elevilor. \u00cen absen\u021ba acestor condi\u021bii, riscurile utiliz\u0103rii Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale \u00een educa\u021bie tind s\u0103 domine avantajele. Printre riscuri se num\u0103r\u0103 dependen\u021ba de instrumentele Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale, diminuarea g\u00e2ndirii critice, afectarea dezvolt\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale, erodarea \u00eencrederii \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i ad\u00e2ncirea inegalit\u0103\u021bilor educa\u021bionale \u00eentre elevi. Merit\u0103 s\u0103 medit\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, la nivel de sistem educa\u021bional, c\u0103 riscurile Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale nu sunt comparabile cu beneficiile sale, printr-un simplu calcul al raportului cost\u2013beneficiu. F\u0103r\u0103 cadre institu\u021bionale clare, AI poate \u00eencuraja strategii de supravie\u021buire academic\u0103 \u00een detrimentul form\u0103rii g\u00e2ndirii critice, al autonomiei intelectuale \u0219i al rela\u021biei pedagogice profesor\u2013student. \u00cen acest context, universit\u0103\u021bile sunt chemate nu doar s\u0103 reglementeze utilizarea AI c\u00e2t mai rapid, ci s\u0103 o integreze reflexiv \u00een misiunea lor educa\u021bional\u0103, clarific\u00e2nd ce competen\u021be trebuie dezvoltate de studen\u021bi \u00eentr-o lume asistat\u0103 de Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 \u0219i ce rol r\u0103m\u00e2ne exclusiv uman \u00een predare, evaluare \u0219i mentorat\u201d,<\/em> afirm\u0103 rectorul UVT.<\/p>\n<p>Marilen Pirtea mai spune c\u0103 UVT este la zi cu utilizarea etic\u0103 a Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale, la \u00eenceputul acestui an fiind adoptat\u0103 o hot\u0103r\u00e2re, \u00een Senatul UVT, care oficializeaz\u0103 noul Regulament privind utilizarea Inteligen\u021bei Artificiale generative \u00een procesul educational.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Recentul raport publicat de Center for Universal Education din cadrul Brookings Institution ne oblig\u0103 s\u0103 privim dincolo de fascina\u021bia tehnologic\u0103 \u0219i de solu\u021biile rapide pe care Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 pare s\u0103 le ofere educa\u021biei.
