They say the Golden Globes are the big party of award season, but be so for real right now. It’s obviously the Grammys that have the most fun, especially when it comes to what celebrity glam teams can conjure up. Personal style runs the most gigantic gamut among nominees, presenters, performers, and guests, so that means the Grammy red carpet offers an incredible range of hair, makeup, and nail inspiration.<\/p>\n

Speaking of nominees, we’ve got modern-day beauty icons like Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and Chappell Roan vying for Record of the Year, all while serving some of their most memorable looks. And while Addison Rae has been on our beauty radar for some time, her Best New Artist nomination has her alongside other gorgeous breakthrough talents like Olivia Dean and Katseye.<\/p>\n

We can’t possibly include every awe-inspiring Grammy Awards beauty look on our list, so we’ve narrowed them down to the ones that will most definitely have us singing their praises for weeks to come\u2014not to mention influencing the photos we take to the salon and the lipsticks we add to cart.<\/p>\n

Sabrina Carpenter<\/h2>\n

We saw the softer side of Sabrina on the Grammy red carpet when she arrived with very light-handed glam\u2014literally easy on the eyes with a touch of mascara and highlighted inner corners. Her rosy cheeks and lips amp up the romantic feel of her loose, low, barely-up updo. Even her nails were on the simpler side, with a perfectly pretty French manicure topped off with subtly shimmering tips.<\/p>\n

Tyla is practically breaking records with her attempt to wear all the hairstyles at once. Her long, ombr\u00e9 hair cascaded over one eye for a mysterious look, a single braid swinging loosely among the waves in what amounted to one gigantic, deeply parted tendril. The rest of her hair was pulled back into a voluminous ponytail, letting us see one lightly winged eye\u2014created by makeup artist Jimmy Stam\u00a0with the imPRESS Individual Lash Kit on the outer corners of her eyes\u2014and a warm, golden-brown lip color.<\/p>\n

Miley Cyrus<\/h2>\n

Miley Cyrus wore the lowest ponytail humanly possible, with narry a centimeter of ends poking out from a loose knot. Plenty of tendrils hung loose from the look, flanking her curtain bangs. To achieve the look, hairstylist Bobby Eliot used the\u00a0Shark Glam Ceramic & Powerful Air Styling & Drying System\u00a0in blow-dryer mode, switching to the diffuser attachment once her hair was mosly dry, in order to create an undone finish. Once fully dry, he used the\u00a0Shark Silki Hot Tool & Air Straightener Attachment\u00a0in dry mode to add a soft, loose bend throughout the hair, while K\u00e9rastase Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops kept flyaways under control. The makeup is giving low-key glam, with softly smudged eyeliner and mascara-intensified lashes, but entirely neutral tones like a tan hue on the eyes and a peachy-pink, glossy lip.<\/p>\n

Ros\u00e9’s long, blonde hair is not so long anymore. She gave it good chop for the Grammys and wore it in ringlets for an even more shortened effect. The pale, creamy shade of her sproingy bob complements her fair skin, which has only the slightest hint of pink on the cheeks.<\/p>\n

Olivia Dean<\/h2>\n

Olivia Dean’s singer-songwriter chops have made her one of the fastest-rising stars in music, but those big, soft curls are bound to make her a hair icon. Hairstylist Rachel Polycarpe started off with the Tangle Teezer Ultimate Detangler (one specifically for curly hair) to evenly distribute Olaplex Bonding Oil, followed by the Tangle Teezer styling brush to shape the look. Dean kept her makeup soft, too, but with a glam touch thanks to the Hourglass Curator Eyeshadow Palette in Minimalist. Makeup artist Celia Burton sharpened the look with 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner in Obsidian and\u00a0Voyeur Waterproof Liquid Liner. Her foundation, Hourglass Illusion Luminous Glow Foundation, let her sweet freckles glow through.<\/p>\n

Where do we even beging with Chappell Roan’s red carpet look? Obviously, the nipples, but her hair actually stole their thunder. Not an easy feat\u2014but this is Roan’s metric ton of burgundy curls we’re talking about here. Extending well past a lacy illustration on her back, the texture was a mix of loose curls, crimped pieces, and a variety of braids. Her curly bangs framed intense eyes: a combination of MAC Eye Shadow in Satin Taupe, Cozy Grey, and Coquette. Makeup artist Andrew Dahling also came up with a perfect lip-color match for her gauzy dress using an expert combination of MAC Powder Kiss Lip + Cheek Mousse\u00a0in Velvet Teddy and Fashion Emergency, Dazzelips Crayon\u00a0in Chandelier, and Lip Pencil\u00a0in both Plum and Auburn.<\/p>\n

Doechii’s hair was an absolute fountain of curls, with a high-set ponytail springing forth soft coils in every direction. Her makeup picked up the color story of her rust- and plum-colored dress, full of warm, bronzed tones. And in what will certainly serve as inspiration for those of us with short nails, Doechii’s barely tip-surpassing manicure has a sliver of sparkling French tips.<\/p>\n

Hailey Bieber<\/h2>\n

Hailey Bieber has been hopping back and forth between dark, rich nail colors and her go-to pale glazes, and it seems the Grammys\u2014and supporting her nominated husband, Justin Bieber\u2014call for a deep manicure. The sophisticated, dark mauve appears to be a nearly perfect match for her lip color\u2014the only even remotely bold moment in her makeup. She kept her hair simple and elegant, too, with a sleekly pulled-back, middle-parted updo.<\/p>\n

Lady Gaga<\/h2>\n

We love when Lady Gaga brings the drama, and she doesn’t need a ton of makeup or a wild hairstyle to do it. Her middle-parted, half-up hair is freshly re-platinum’d, along with her brows, adding to the sculptural contrast of her contouring. She wore tawny-nude tones on her eyes and lips, with just a hint of brown liner along the upper lashes for definition. And what else would she wear with a black, feathered dress but a classic black manicure?<\/p>\n

Nominated for basically everything this award season, Teyana Taylor is also winning the red carpet with her stunning style. She arrived at the Grammys with her usual curls slicked back with flipped-up ends. The warm, brown tones of her makeup complement the mesmerizing bronze sparkles of her gown, which is only out-gleamed by her matching chrome manicure.<\/p>\n

Tate McRae<\/h2>\n

Tate McRae’s look is a master class in versatile glam. Great for the Grammys? Absolutely. Ideal for the wedding you’re going to next weekend. Affirmative. Highly anticipated date? Copy it stroke for stroke. The impeccable liner and lush lashes are elevated even more by shimmering, smoky tones, while her lips are left lightly glossy with a hint of pink. Her classic middle-parted, layered look feels fresh and fun, and definitely ready for after-party dancing. Inspired by Kate Moss, hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos applied L\u2019Oreal Paris EverPure Iron Sleek Coat before drying her hair with the Dyson Supersonic. He added Great Lengths Tape-In Extensions, and then razored them to match McRae\u2019s hair length. He even topped it off with a hair perfume to complete the vibe: Initio Parfums Priv\u00e9s Atomic Rose.<\/p>\n
