Arlo Parks has announced a new album. Ambiguous Desire<\/em> is out April 3 via Transgressive and features a guest appearance from Sampha. Watch the music video for lead single \u201c2Sided,\u201d directed by Molly Burdett, below.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt its core \u20182SIDED\u2019 is about yearning and tension,\u201d Parks said in a press statement. \u201cIt\u2019s about being struck by a bolt of desire and building up the courage to put language to that feeling, to make it real.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parks shared her last album, My Soft Machine<\/em>, in 2023. Since then, she published her debut poetry collection and covered Jai Paul\u2019s \u201cJasmine\u201d for a deluxe edition of the LP.<\/p>\n
