A$AP Rocky was the musical guest on last night\u2019s (January 17) episode of Saturday Night Live<\/em>, hosted by Stranger Things<\/em> star Finn Wolfhard. On the heels of releasing his new album Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em>, the rapper was joined onstage by Thundercat and Danny Elfman for the single \u201cPunk Rocky,\u201d and performed a medley of the record\u2019s title track and \u201cHelicopter$.\u201d Watch Rocky on SNL<\/em> below.<\/p>\n

After multiple delays and false starts, Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em> finally arrived on Friday, January 16. Both \u201cPunk Rocky\u201d and \u201cHelicopter$\u201d received music videos in the lead-up, the former starring Wolfhard\u2019s Stranger Things<\/em> co-star Winona Ryder. Tim Burton designed the Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em> cover art. A$AP Rocky is one of the headliners at the 2026 Governor\u2019s Ball Music Festival in New York City.<\/p>\n

Saturday Night Live<\/em>\u2019s 51st season has featured performances from Doja Cat, Sabrina Carpenter, Brandi Carlile, Olivia Dean, Dijon, Lily Allen, and Cher, among others. Bad Bunny and Ariana Grande have both hosted episodes. Geese are this week\u2019s musical guests, with Teyana Taylor set to host. Then, Alexander Skarsg\u00e5rd and Cardi B will lead the January 31 episode of SNL<\/em>.<\/p>\n
