Last fall, Sugar, the alt-rock band Bob Mould formed after H\u00fcsker D\u00fc\u2019s split, announced they were reuniting for just two London and New York shows in May 2026. With those concerts sold out, Sugar have plotted an entire tour to celebrate their big return\u2014their first in over 30 years. The Love You Even Still 2026 World Tour is a doozy, bringing the \u201990s group across Europe and North America. Check out the complete list of tour dates below.<\/p>\n

Accompanying the news is another new song from Sugar, along with a music video by Lee Gregory. Mould wrote \u201cLong Live Love\u201d in 2007 while he was living in Washington, D.C. during the George W. Bush era. \u201cI was deep in my DJ world with Blowoff, yet still writing pop songs on guitars,\u201d\u00a0he explains. \u201cGarbage 2.0<\/em> is one of my desert island albums, so it\u2019s not surprising that \u2018Long Live Love\u2019 reminds me of a long lost Garbage song!\u201d Give it a listen below.<\/p>\n

The new single will be paired with \u201cHouse of Dead Memories\u201d and released as a 7″ vinyl on May 1st via BMG. It\u2019s similarly the band\u2019s first new music in 30 years, following 1994\u2019s File Under: Easy Listening<\/em>. After breaking up in 1995, Sugar briefly reconvened to celebrate their 20th anniversary in 2011, but Mould quickly returned to his ongoing solo career, which he recently updated with last year\u2019s Here We Go Crazy.<\/em><\/p>\n
