Geese were the musical guests on Saturday Night Live<\/em> last night (January 24), making their debut on the show alongside host and One Battle After Another<\/em> star Teyana Taylor. For the occasion, the band played two songs from their latest album Getting Killed<\/em>, \u201cAu Pays du Cocaine\u201d and \u201cTrinidad.\u201d Watch both performances below.<\/p>\n

Although the episode marked Geese’s first SNL<\/em> appearance, frontman Cameron Winter has technically been on the show before. On SNL<\/em>‘s final episode of 2025, hosted by Ariana Grande, cast member James Austin Johnson portrayed Winter in a \u201cRandom Duet Christmas Spectacular\u201d sketch. The bit also featured impressions of Yoko Ono, Bj\u00f6rk, Kate Bush, Post Malone, and more.<\/p>\n

Getting Killed<\/em>, Geese’s fourth studio album, arrived in September 2025. After generating serious buzz on a fall North American tour, they made a number of notable TV and radio appearances. They played \u201cTaxes\u201d on Jimmy Kimmel Live!;<\/em> recorded a live set for Nigel Godrich\u2019s series From the Basement<\/em>; and covered New Radicals\u2019 \u201cYou Get What You Give\u201d on BBC Radio 1. In a recent Xbox ad, Winter also seemingly covered Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing In The Dark,” although he still hasn’t confirmed the voice was his. The band is now gearing up for a run of festival sets\u2014they’ll play Coachella, Primavera Sound, Bonnaroo, Governors Ball Music Festival, and more in the coming months.<\/p>\n

The musical guests on Saturday Night Live<\/em>\u2019s 51st season so far have included A$AP Rocky, Doja Cat, Sabrina Carpenter, Brandi Carlile, Olivia Dean, Dijon, Lily Allen, and Cher. Bad Bunny also hosted an episode. Cardi B is the musical guest this week, and Alexander Skarsg\u00e5rd is set to host.<\/p>\n
