Obiectivul principal este men\u021binerea nivelului de glucoz\u0103 din s\u00e2nge c\u00e2t mai aproape de valorile normale pentru a reduce riscul de complica\u021bii cronice (retinopatie, nefropatie, neuropatie etc.).
