{"id":1382552,"date":"2026-01-23T13:19:37","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T10:19:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/analyse.optim.biz\/?p=1382552"},"modified":"2026-01-23T13:19:37","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T10:19:37","slug":"inspectorii-de-munca-cu-ochii-pe-munca-la-negru-si-treaba-prin-hoteluri-ziarul-zig-zag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/analyse.optim.biz\/?p=1382552","title":{"rendered":"Inspectorii de munc\u0103, cu ochii pe munca la negru \u0219i treaba prin hoteluri &#8211; Ziarul Zig-Zag"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content-inner \">\n<p><strong>\u00cen perioada 12-16.01. 2026 s-a desf\u0103\u015furat Campania na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru identificarea \u0219i combaterea muncii nedeclarate \u0219i pentru verificarea modului \u00een care sunt respectate prevederile legale privind securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103, de c\u0103tre angajatorii care desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een domeniile hoteluri \u0219i alte facilit\u0103\u021bi de cazare, restaurante \u0219i alte activit\u0103\u021bi de servicii de alimenta\u021bie \u2013 Cod CAEN 55, 56.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiectivele campaniei au fost:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cre\u015fterea gradului de con\u015ftientizare a angajatorilor \u015fi angaja\u0163ilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte necesitatea respect\u0103rii prevederilor legale din domeniul rela\u0163iilor de munc\u0103 \u015fi securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Identificarea cazurilor de munc\u0103 nedeclarat\u0103 \u0219i descurajarea acestui fenomen prin sanc\u021biunile aplicate;<\/li>\n<li>Identificarea situa\u021biilor de \u00eenc\u0103lcare a prevederilor legale privind timpul de munc\u0103 \u0219i de odihn\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Eliminarea neconformit\u0103\u021bilor constatate, prin dispunerea de m\u0103suri obligatorii pentru remedierea neconformit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i aplicarea sanc\u021biunilor contraven\u021bionale;<\/li>\n<li>Identificarea pericolelor de c\u0103tre angajatori \u0219i evaluarea riscurilor prezente \u00een mediul de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Identificarea echipamentelor de munc\u0103, \u00een special cele sub inciden\u021ba ISCIR \u2013 lifturi, centrale de producere a apei calde, precum \u0219i echipamente care pot prezenta \u00een exploatare riscuri pentru lucr\u0103tori (arsur\u0103 termic\u0103, electrocutare, explozii, incendiu, etc.), cum ar fi hote, aragaze, butelii;<\/li>\n<li>Verificarea modului de instruire a lucr\u0103torilor \u0219i de \u00eensu\u0219ire a instruc\u021biunilor predate;<\/li>\n<li>Eliminarea riscurilor de incendiu, prin verificarea mentenan\u021bei echipamentelor care pot genera risc (echipamente cu foc deschis, co\u0219uri de fum, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Dispunerea de m\u0103suri ferme pentru \u00eenl\u0103turarea neconformit\u0103\u021bilor;<\/li>\n<li>Verificarea \u00eendeplinirii m\u0103surilor dispuse \u00een controalele anterioare;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00cen domeniul rela\u0163iilor de munc\u0103 <\/strong>au fost efectuate 34 controale, fiind identificate 2 persoane ale c\u0103ror contracte individuale de munc\u0103 nu a fost transmise \u00een registrul general de eviden\u0163\u0103 a salaria\u0163ilor cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ziua anterioar\u0103 \u00eenceperii activit\u0103\u0163ii conform art.260 alin.1 lit. e^1 din Codul Muncii. Au fost aplicate 32 sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale, din care 14 amenzi \u00een cuantum de 93.000 lei \u015fi 18 avertismente, iar pentru neconformit\u0103\u0163ile constatate au fost dispuse 26 m\u0103suri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen domeniul securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103 <\/strong>au fost controla\u0163i 16 angajatori, fiind aplicate un num\u0103r de 25 sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale, din care o amend\u0103 \u00een cuantum de\u00a0 8000 lei \u0219i 24 avertismente.
