Epuizarea profesional\u0103 este descris\u0103 ca o stare asociat\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bii profesionale, generat\u0103 de factori de stres persisten\u021bi, \u0219i se manifest\u0103 prin:<\/p>\n<p>a) senza\u021bie persistent\u0103 de epuizare sau de consumare a resuselor de energie;<\/p>\n<p>b) distan\u021bare mental\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de activitatea profesional\u0103, inclusiv apari\u021bia sentimentelor de negativism sau cinism \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu munca;<\/p>\n<p>c) diminuarea eficien\u021bei profesionale, manifestat\u0103 prin percep\u021bia ineficien\u021bei \u0219i a lipsei de realizare profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Angajatorii vor avea obliga\u021bia de a informa anual salaria\u021bii cu privire la riscurile de epuizare profesional\u0103 \u0219i metodele de prevenire, prin materiale informative sau sesiuni interne. De asemenea, riscurile psihosociale vor trebui incluse \u00een evaluarea intern\u0103 a riscurilor la nivelul unit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru angajatorii cu peste 50 de salaria\u021bi sunt prev\u0103zute obliga\u021bii suplimentare, printre care elaborarea anual\u0103 a unui plan de prevenire a epuiz\u0103rii profesionale, realizarea unei evalu\u0103ri interne a riscurilor psihosociale \u0219i instituirea unui mecanism confiden\u021bial de sesizare a situa\u021biilor de epuizare, f\u0103r\u0103 riscul unor consecin\u021be negative pentru angaja\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Angajatorul poate suporta par\u021bial sau integral costurile unor pachete pentru sprijin psiho-emo\u021bional profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Participarea salaria\u021bilor la activit\u0103\u021bile de sprijin psiho-emo\u021bional profesional este voluntar\u0103 \u0219i se realizeaz\u0103 cu respectarea confiden\u021bialit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Niciun salariat nu poate fi sanc\u021bionat sau dezavantajat pentru neparticiparea la activit\u0103\u021bile de sprijin psiho-emo\u021bional profesional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p> Source URL: https:\/\/newss.ro\/2025\/12\/29\/un-nou-tip-de-concediu-pentru-prevenirea-burnout-ului\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apare un nou tip de concediu pl\u0103tit \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.
