    Any beauty lover alive in the late ’90s and early 2000s knows the vice-like grip frosted eyeshadow had on us all. The early aughts had us all leaning hard into those sparkly, cool-toned shades (celebs like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Christina Milian often sported the look).
