    Our senses are intrinsically connected, so it makes sense that music might inform a fragrance or vice versa. Billie Eilish, with her brilliant, synesthesia-experiencing brain, isn’t the first person to discover this phenomenon… but it sure is fun to see how it shows up for her.\n<\/p>\n

    Of course, there’s her music, but there’s also her perfume line, Billie Eilish Fragrances. On February 6, she (alongside DSM Firmenich principal perfumer Frank Voelkl and fragrance distributor Parlux Ltd.) introduces her fourth fragrance, Your Turn. Blending playful nostalgia with an edgy twist, Eilish’s vision for the fragrance was to “celebrate individuality and the endless possibilities that come when people bet on themselves.”\n<\/p>\n

    The Inspiration <\/span><\/h2>\n

    Like its creator, the Your Turn bottle is supremely <\/em>cool.\n<\/p>\n

    “I\u2019ve always loved the way that dice look, and I have a tiny metal pair that I found years ago. They\u2019re a really heavy metal, and I always talked about them. So that inspired the initial concept for the bottle, and the name \u2018Your Turn\u2019 grew from that inspiration,” the artist tells Byrdie exclusively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Fragrance <\/span><\/h2>\n

    Voelkl said in a press release that creating Your Turn with Eilish was \u201ca journey of discovery.”\n<\/p>\n

    \u201cWe worked through countless iterations to develop a scent that captures the warmth and richness of sandalwood while layering in something unexpectedly fresh,” he added. “It\u2019s a fragrance that reflects Billie’s vision of individuality and uniqueness.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Opening brightly with notes of bergamot peel, cardamom pod, and fresh ginger, the scent brings in an alluring blend of soft peach skin, night-blooming jasmine, and coconut water at its heart. In the end, you’re left with base notes of sandalwood, captive musks, and upcycled Sylvamber\u2014an intensely warm, woody note developed by DSM Firmenich as an alternative to natural wood resources that utilizes cedar and amber.\n<\/p>\n

    Your Turn will be available starting February 6 exclusively at billieeilishfragrances.com and will become available at Ulta Beauty and select global retailers beginning in spring 2025. The Eau de Parfum is available in four sizes: 100mL ($90), 50mL ($80), 30mL ($70), and a 10mL travel spray ($28).<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
