{"id":1234578,"date":"2017-01-31T06:36:35","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T03:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/analyse.optim.biz\/?p=1234578"},"modified":"2017-01-31T06:36:35","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T03:36:35","slug":"obligatii-pentru-angajatori-si-angajati-in-caz-de-temperaturi-scazute-ziarul-de-vaslui","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/analyse.optim.biz\/?p=1234578","title":{"rendered":"Obliga\u0163ii pentru angajatori \u015fi angaja\u0163i \u00een caz de temperaturi sc\u0103zute &#8211; Ziarul de Vaslui"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content clearfix\">\n<p>Pentru men\u0163inerea st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a salaria\u0163ilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een aer liber \u015fi respectarea prevederilor OG 99\/2000 referitoare la m\u0103surile ce pot fi aplicate \u00een perioadele cu temperaturi extreme pentru protec\u0163ia persoanelor \u00eencadrate \u00een munc\u0103, Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munc\u0103 Vaslui transmite un avertisment pentru angajatori \u015fi angaja\u0163i \u00een caz de temperaturi extreme sc\u0103zute .<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00cen perioadele cu temperaturi sc\u0103zute extreme angajatorii trebuie sa asigure urm\u0103toarele m\u0103suri minimale pentru men\u0163inerea st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a salaria\u0163ilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een aer liber:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) distribuirea de ceai fierbinte \u00een cantitate de 0,5-1 litru\/persoana\/schimb;<\/li>\n<li>b) acordarea de pauze pentru refacerea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de termoreglare, scop \u00een care se vor asigura spa\u0163ii fixe sau mobile cu microclimat corespunz\u0103tor;<\/li>\n<li>c) asigurarea echipamentului individual de protec\u0163ie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Angajatorii care nu pot asigura condi\u0163iile de mai sus, \u00a0vor lua, de comun acord cu reprezentan\u0163ii sindicatelor sau cu reprezentan\u0163ii ale\u015fi ai salaria\u0163ilor, dup\u0103 caz, urm\u0103toarele m\u0103suri:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) reducerea duratei zilei de lucru;<\/li>\n<li>b) e\u015falonarea pe doua perioade a zilei de lucru: pana la ora 11,00 \u015fi dup\u0103 ora 17,00,<\/li>\n<li>c) \u00eentreruperea colectiv\u0103 a lucrului cu asigurarea continuit\u0103\u0163ii activit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een locurile \u00een care aceasta nu poate fi \u00eentrerupt\u0103, potrivit prevederilor legale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u0103surile se vor stabili dac\u0103 temperaturile extreme se men\u0163in pe o perioada de cel pu\u0163in doua zile consecutiv.
