In September this year, the son of <\/span>Vivienne Westwood<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Malcom McLaren<\/span><\/a>, Joe Corr\u00e9, opened a four-storey shop in the heart of Soho. Part boutique, part members club, The Light House is a Victorian townhouse that specialises in platforming bespoke, independent fashion brands.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Inside, you\u2019ll discover brands such as Fleet Ilya, Atsuko Kudo, Sian Hoffman and Torture Garden Latex, and now, it\u2019s bringing London label <\/span>Sin\u00e9ad O\u2019Dwyer<\/span><\/a> into the fold. Though the Dublin-born designer didn\u2019t show last season, she\u2019ll be taking over The Light House with her <\/span>AW25 Character Studies<\/span><\/a> show, which paid tribute to the archetypes of her previous collections, from secretaries and submissives to gymnasts and dancers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her AW25 show was also O\u2019Dwyer\u2019s last as part of the British Fashion Council\u2019s NEWGEN initiative, meaning she\u2019ll have to raise funds and find her own sponsorship from now on. It\u2019s no easy feat for independent designers, and all the more reason to attend her pop-up at The Light House, open until December 24.
