Dezertarea din REVISAL! \u00cenrolarea \u00een REGES- ONLINE, fuga mar\u0219! &#8211; Ziarul Zig-Zag"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content-inner \">\n<p><strong>La data de 30 septembrie 2025 se \u00eempline\u0219te termenul limit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la care angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eenregistreze \u00een REGES \u2013 ONLINE \u0219i, totodat\u0103, s\u0103 completeze toate elementele contractelor individuale de munc\u0103 active la data \u00eenrol\u0103rii \u00een noul sistem, care nu se reg\u0103sesc \u00een sistemul informatic REVISAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu data de 1 octombrie 2025 aplica\u021bia REVISAL nu va mai fi disponibil\u0103, toate raport\u0103rile urm\u00e2nd a se efectua prin noua platform digital\u0103. Pentru a evita eventualele dificult\u0103\u021bi ulterioare, recomand\u0103m \u00eenrolarea \u00een REGES \u2013 ONLINE \u0219i angajatorilor care la data de 30 septembrie 2025 nu mai au salaria\u021bi activi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principalele beneficii pe care le ofer\u0103 REGES \u2013 ONLINE sunt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 administrarea digital\u0103 a contractelor individuale de munc\u0103 \u0219i acces permanent la istoricul acestora;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 raportarea \u00een timp real \u0219i actualizarea automat\u0103 a aplica\u021biei;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 accesul securizat prin certificat digital calificat sau ROeID;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 integrarea cu sistemele informatice interne de resurse umane, f\u0103r\u0103 proceduri suplimentare de transfer al datelor;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 platforma digital\u0103 este disponibil\u0103 direct din browser, f\u0103r\u0103 instalare local\u0103, acces\u00e2nd <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/reges.inspectiamuncii.ro\/\"><strong>http:\/\/reges.inspectiamuncii.ro\/<\/strong><\/a><strong> ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 autentificarea \u00een registru se poate realiza fie cu cont creat pe platfirma ROeID, fie cu semn\u0103tur\u0103 digital\u0103 confirmat\u0103 la ANAF;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 trecerea la REGES \u2013 ONLINE nu presupune migrarea, de c\u0103tre angajator, a bazelor de date existente, aceasta fiind deja realizat\u0103 \u00een sistem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru \u00eendrumare privind\u00a0 modalitatea de autentificare, dar \u0219i pentru cunoa\u0219terea func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bilor noului sistem, recomand\u0103m angajatorilor s\u0103 acceseze link-ul de mai jos, pentru vizualizare tutoriale:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a beneficia \u00een cel mai scurt timp de avantajele digitaliz\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nerespectarea obliga\u021biei privind \u00eenregistrarea \u00een Registru, \u00een termenul legal,se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cuamend\u0103 de la 15.000 lei la 20.000 lei, iar necompletarea tuturor elementelor contractelor individuale de munc\u0103 active la data \u00eenrol\u0103rii \u00een noul
