SIMONE ROCHA BRINGS SOFTNESS TO MENSWEAR AT PITTI UOMO DEBUT
Simone Rocha just made her menswear debut at Pitti Uomo in Florence, Fendi’s Baguette revival is here, Coach launches a Gen Z platform and new drops from Diesel x Melissa — here’s everything you can’t miss in fashion this week.

Simone Rocha’s first all-menswear show in Florence as the guest designer at this season’s Pitti Uomo felt like a natural extension of her world. Staged at the Teatro della Pergola, a 17th-century opera house with its backstage exposed, the setting mirrored the collection itself for its ornaments and rawness. Drawing loosely from E.M. Forster’s A Room With A View, Rocha framed her “Irish man arriving in Florence” as a central character, someone moving through beauty, romance and self-discovery in a way that felt both theatrical and intimate.
The clothes carried her signature language of softness and subversion into menswear, with ruffled rugby jerseys, elongated shirting, tailored jackets with unexpected cut-outs, and wide Oxford trousers that seemed as formal as they seemed easy to wear. Accessories like Gladstone bags, floral garlands and organza feather boas added a sense of femininity and dress-up, while details such as broderie anglaise, pearl buttons and floral prints referenced costume trunks and craft traditions. Even in a more structured framework, Rocha leaned into her idea of “tenderness,” offering a vision of menswear that felt deliberately romantic, slightly off-kilter, and deeply human.
From Harry Styles to A$AP Rocky, Josh O’Connor to Timothée Chalamet, we can’t wait to see all our internet boyfriends stepping out in Rocha’s new menswear.
Here are the news you can’t miss this week…
Carrie Bradshaw and the Baguette are back for Fendi

“It’s not a bag, it’s a Baguette!” famously said Carrie Bradshaw in season 3 of Sex and the City after a robber asked for her bag. This year, Fendi celebrates its iconic handbag with a new campaign centred on self-expression. The campaign features a big cast including, of course Sarah Jessica Parker, alongside Emma D’Arcy, Jessica Alba, Iris Law and others, each styling the Baguette in their own way, nodding back to the late-90s origins of the bag and its cult status.

“&Coach” Starring PinkPantheress

Coach has launched a new platform called “&Coach”, a Gen Z-focused content series made with input from creators, cultural figures and consumers, rather than a traditional top-down campaign, with its first collaborator being none other than PinkPantheress. The idea is to present luxury in a more participatory way, focusing on real-life moments like starting something new, dealing with uncertainty and personal growth. Along with other artists, athletes and activists featured, this platform shows Coach products being used in everyday situations as part of those stories rather than as status symbols.

Girl math but make it Vinted math

It’s no secret that Vinted is every hot girl you know’s favourite app. Over the past few years, as shoppers have collectively embraced the fact that it’s time to do something about overconsumption and that, perhaps, buying clothes that already exist in the world instead of hitting the high street is a good place to start, the platform has become indispensable for second-hand lovers. Fresh data from Vinted’s 2025 Impact Report shows that resale is increasingly becoming fashion’s first port of call, with nearly nine in ten (88%) surveyed UK buyers checking the platform before buying new. And that, my friends, is what we call Vinted math.
